The Vineyard: Historically farmed by winegrowing legend Phil Coturri, Charlie's Vineyard on Moon Mountain yields Bordeaux varietals with complex structure and bold, expressive fruit. Fittingly, the rocks underfoot at Charlie's Vineyard are nearly as dark purple as the wines it produces.

The Profile: Lots of ripe fruit with blackcurrant, black cherry, orange peel, menthol and spearmint notes. Full-bodied with firm tannins that give tension and freshness. This single-vineyard wine represents the old-school Napa we all fell in love with.
