Château Musar is rooted in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, where its organically certified vineyards thrive at 1,000 meters above sea level.
The vineyards are planted in two distinct terroirs. Viognier is sourced from silty soils, while Vermentino and Chardonnay are grown on limestone soils.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 64 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit. This method preserves the freshness and distinct characteristics of the varieties.
