This wine is made exclusively from 100% Mauzac grapes, a varietal native to the region. The vineyards are certified TERRA VITIS, indicating a commitment to sustainable practices, including dry farming and low yields. The winemaking process involves hand harvesting and a slow, low-pressure pressing, with an average aging on the lees of 30 months.
