Endless River sources its grapes from three distinct valleys in Marlborough: Waihopai, Wairau, and Awatere. These valleys are known for their diverse terroirs, which provide variations in soil and climate. The coastal influence and varied vineyard sites allow for a range of flavors and aromas in the wine.
The grapes are harvested and immediately pressed. After cold settling, the juice is fermented with selected yeast strains at low temperatures. This method preserves the wine’s aromatic qualities and results in a full-bodied wine.
