This unique Grenache Gris comes from the Voor Paardeberg region, where the winemaker explores uncharted territories.
The grapes for this wine were harvested on February 17. Fermentation took place in open top fermenters and lasted 12 days. After fermentation, the grapes were pressed into stainless steel tanks and left on the gross lees for several months before final blending and bottling.
