Sicilian vineyards in Chiaramonte Gulfi
Gulfi wines are rooted in bio-organic viticulture and reflect the terroir of Sicily.
Valcanzjria is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Carricante. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested at the end of August, while the Carricante is picked in mid-September. After harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures using natural yeasts. The wine is then kept in bottle for several months before release.
