A fine, natural prickle
Fine bubbles give this dry white a gentle, lightly sparkling edge.
Apple and pear lead the aromas, followed by grapefruit, pineapple and passion fruit, with orange blossom in the mix. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a long, aromatic finish.
Its light body and bone-dry profile feel brisk under bright, well-integrated acidity. Serve at 46 to 50°F.

Hiruzta grows Hondarrabi Zuri in its own 20-hectare vineyard in Hondarribia, at the foothills of Jaizkibel. It cold-settles the must and keeps the wine cool in tank to retain its naturally occurring carbonation.
