Wet stone with an herbal edge
Orange zest and peach meet green apple and ripe pear.
Ripe pear leads on the nose, with green apple alongside. On the palate, orange zest, peach, wet stone and bay leaf meet a subtle saline edge. The finish is long and refreshing.
The wine is medium-bodied and bone dry, and its bright acidity keeps the palate crisp.
