Caves Naveran is located in Catalunya, about 30 minutes from Barcelona. The estate spans 110 hectares in the Alt Penedés subregion and focuses exclusively on organic farming of its own grapes.
The winery employs traditional methods for producing Cava. Each grape variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, and secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. The wine spends 12 months aging on its lees.
