Ricossa was established in the early 1900s in the Asti area and has been located on the Ca’ dei Mandorli estate since 2015. The estate spans 74 hectares and is situated in a natural amphitheater, primarily dedicated to Barbera.
The winemaking process at Ricossa includes traditional vinification with a 10-day maceration on the skins. This is followed by controlled temperature fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent malolactic fermentation.
